It’s beautifully bound/designed with foil accents and a diary clasp! It is also digest size so it fits on the shelf with all your other spooky novels.
This is a YA book about Aurora, a young who finds herself living on an ossuary island in the swamps of Louisiana with her estranged Grandfather. Soon after she moves into his dilapidated Victorian house, spooky disappearances start to occur on the island. With the help of her new friend, Missy the raccoon, Aurora must find a way to stop this evil using her wits, new friendships and hoodoo magic.
Although this book is not graphic, it is very creepy so we suggest it isn’t for young readers who are sensitive to spooky things. There are also depictions of corpses, skeletons and drug use.
This is a great book for young readers and adult readers alike.
